Gus wanted to make a comic, but as usual he is more of a “director” than a creator–so he dictated the whole thing to me and told me what to draw. This is the result.
Awesome. Long live the 4 year olds.
Kids are so funny! I’ve heard of people dreaming about their own teeth falling out (and have probably had that dream myself), but kids imagining other people’s teeth falling out is a new one for me. 🙂
Actually, the truth is that I have been having those teeth falling out dreams lately and Gus saw a drawing of it in one of my diary comics. He was so taken with it–it fascinated him. This in combination with his fascination over the prospect that he will lose his baby teeth someday–his 4 year old brain is on overdrive! So of course it came out in his own comic!
I love it! It reminds me of the days when I worked at a preschool and the kids would dictate a story to the teacher and choose other kids to act it out. Those were hilarious and great! Go Gus!
I adore this.
